PARTICIPATION FEES
The participation fee does not include value added tax (VAT).
The participation fee differs for each participant depending on the professional category to which he belongs and the membership status acquired in the MEDICAL ASSOCIATION FOR EDUCATION IN INTERVENTIONAL CARDIOLOGY.
The participation fee is paid exclusively through the online payment platform.
AMICI reserves the right to limit participants to one purchase of the participation fee per email address.
EVENT ACCESS
Following the purchase of the participation fee and by completing the registration form on the website https://e-chip.ro, the participant will be sent confirmation of registration by email.
If the participant does not complete the registration form, he/she may be considered not registered and may not subsequently receive the access data on the platform/access to the event at the location.
Event access information will be sent to participants at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event.
PARTICIPATION FEE REFUND POLICY
Cancellations and changes must be notified by email to [email protected]and are subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation until March 1, 2024: Participants (individuals and/or legal entities) have the right to cancel the registration within 14 calendar days before the event (until March 1, 2024) for which the fee has been paid, regardless of the chosen payment method. You must request this cancellation within the legal deadline indicated above, in writing to the email address [email protected]. In the request, the participant will state their name and surname, the name of the event for which they paid the participation fee, the date of purchase and the amount paid.
Cancellation after March 1, 2024: If the request for cancellation is made after the mentioned term, the value of the paid fee will not be returned.
The Organizing Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration or visa refusal. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
In the case of the return of the participation fee, AMICI will reimburse the counter value, by the same method by which it was purchased.
AMICI refunds all amounts it received as payment from the participant, within 30 calendar days, from the written receipt of the return request from the participant.
The entry fee is non-refundable if it is the subject of a sponsorship or voucher/prize.
The participation fee is not returned if the participant did not show up at the location where the event took place.
AMICI reserves the right to make some changes in the program of the event, changes sometimes independent of its will. However, these changes do not give participants the right to request the return of the participation fee.
Alienation of participation fees is prohibited, regardless of the purpose for which it is made (profit, commercial gain, etc.).
Also, the purchased participation fee is returned in full if:
- the event is canceled by AMICI;
- the event is postponed/rescheduled to a later date by AMICI;
In both cases, AMICI undertakes to announce on the website https://e-chip.ro and through communication channels (newsletter, social media channels, etc.) the method of returning the participation fee.
