The website https://e-chip.ro is the property of the Medical Association for Education in Interventional Cardiology (hereinafter referred to as AMICI), with headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Use of the Site https://e-chip.ro (hereinafter referred to as “site”) assumes full acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

The terms and conditions may be modified at any time by the site administrator, hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”, without prior notification to the persons who use it, hereinafter referred to as “Users”.

Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions for using the services to be able to consult them at any time.

By accessing and browsing this site, Users implicitly accept the terms of use described below.

If they do not agree with the terms and conditions imposed, Users must stop accessing this service.

Through its sections, the website https://e-chip.ro offers Users information about current and future events, organized by the Medical Association for Education in Interventional Cardiology (AMICI).

  • will issue invoices for participation fees only upon written request to                              [email protected] (invoices cannot be issued for payments made in a previous month according to the new e-invoice regulations);
  • to the extent of the appearance of new situations of any nature that require this, the Administrator may modify the conditions and terms of use.

The administrator does not assume any responsibility if the website services cannot be accessed by the Users, for an unlimited period of time, for any technical or commercial reasons.
